Owner / Family Nurse Practitioner
Stephanie is a dedicated board-certified nurse practitioner specializing in family medicine, with over 20 years of diverse experience in the medical field. Growing up as an Air Force brat, she lived in various parts of the world, which instilled in her a deep appreciation for different cultures and a strong sense of duty to serve her country. This commitment continued as she joined the U.S. Coast Guard, where she served as a search and rescue helicopter flight mechanic, further honing her skills in high-pressure environments.
Stephanie began her healthcare career as an EMT-Paramedic and a wildland firefighter, roles that taught her the importance of quick thinking and resilience. She later transitioned to the hospital setting, working as a full-time Med-Surg/COVID registered nurse. In addition to her hospital work, she provided concierge sick calls and IV therapy to rural communities in Western New York, ensuring that those in need received quality care.
To further her expertise, Stephanie continued her education in Buffalo, NY, by completing the nurse practitioner program and earning a master's degree in nursing. This advanced training equipped her with the knowledge and skills necessary to provide comprehensive care to her patients and solidified her commitment to family medicine.
Throughout her career, Stephanie has witnessed both the strengths and weaknesses of the Western healthcare system, particularly in hospital settings. She observed the profound healing that clients experienced when utilizing alternative therapies, such as ozone and IV vitamin treatments, in the comfort of their homes. This experience ignited her passion for functional and integrative health, nutrition, and wellness.
As a lifelong learner, Stephanie is continually researching new modalities in integrative and biohacking wellness and is continuing her education to complete a doctoral program, further enhancing her expertise and ability to contribute to the field of healthcare. She is committed to staying at the forefront of healthcare innovations to serve her patients better.
In her spare time, Stephanie enjoys traveling, cooking, reading, knitting, and spending time with her husband and their four children. She looks forward to working with families to provide alternative natural treatments and supportive education aimed at preventing chronic illness and enhancing overall quality of life. With her unique background and holistic approach, Stephanie is dedicated to supporting individuals and families on their wellness journeys.
