MEET
Stephanie Tullar, MSN, APRN, FNP-BC
Stephanie is a board-certified nurse practitioner with over 20 years of experience in healthcare, from EMT-paramedic and wildland firefighter to registered nurse and now family medicine provider. A U.S. Coast Guard veteran, dedicated clinician, and proud mother of four, she brings compassion, resilience, and a deep understanding of family-centered care to her practice. After relocating to Oregon, Stephanie and her family have found a true sense of home—thriving in a community that shares their values of connection, wellness, and service.
She earned her master’s degree in nursing in Buffalo, NY, and has since specialized in functional and integrative medicine, including advanced ozone therapies like EBOO. Stephanie is committed to helping patients manage chronic illness, reduce inflammation, and optimize overall wellness.
Stephanie is deeply grateful for the support and mentorship she has received throughout her journey from several physicians, including Dr. Tomas Gigena, whose guidance has helped shape her path into functional medicine. She also cherishes her time at True Health DPC, where she built strong community connections and lifelong friendships with the incredible support staff.
Now launching Mt. Angel Family Health within the Mt. Angel Wellness center, she’s excited to collaborate with fellow women practitioners offering services like Bowenwork, massage, and acupuncture, creating a truly holistic healing space.
Outside of work, Stephanie enjoys time with her husband and children. She’s passionate about empowering families with natural treatments and education to support lasting health and vitality.
